Yes. Request files such as an ID or trade license; required items must be uploaded before the signer can submit, and they are bundled into the completed PDF before the certificate.

You pick the country and language when creating a document, and the agent drafts in that language to local convention. Bengali and right to left documents are fully rendered, alongside English and other languages.

Yes. Save a prepared upload as a template and send it again later by just choosing the signers.

On plans that include it, upload a letterhead image and generated documents print on top of it.

A completed PDF with the signatures in place, any requested attachments, and a certificate of completion with timestamps and signer details.

Sensitive settings are encrypted at rest, uploaded files live in private storage reachable only through the app, and sensitive account changes require an emailed code. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Only the files it creates. Sigent requests a narrow scope that lets it save your completed documents to your Drive and nothing else, and you can disconnect at any time.

Delete documents from the app at any time, or request account deletion, after which associated data is removed subject to legal retention requirements.
